Project Summary

Conserve Solutions was engaged to deliver detailed LOD 400 BIM models and coordinated shop drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across three key underground metro stations in Qatar. The stations comprised complex multi-level facilities including platforms, concourses, technical rooms, telecom and control rooms, and retail/office spaces. 

Our deliverables supported construction readiness and precise MEP integration for the following systems: 

  • Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) 
  • Plumbing – Water Supply & Drainage 
  • Fire Protection Systems 
  • Electrical Power Distribution (Small Power) 
  • Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Systems 
  • Fire Alarm Systems 
  • Earthing & Lightning Protection 
  • MEP Containment Infrastructure
